JPN DAY11: Off to Akita

Off to Akita!
On the way there we met a parade of school kids,

hydrangea,

toy-like puppy,

It's been a year, grandpa and grandma!

That night, my grandma prepared us
the superbly fresh treasures from the sea, and the mountain.
Grilled turban shell, salmon roe, bracken Ohitashi, Sashimi from the local ocean, water shield.
Nature makes deliciousness.

my grandma goes to the fish market earliest in the morning to get the most fresh fish of the day.
water shield is my favorite plants only grow in the cleanest water. i eat it with a drop of soy sauce!

wish you can try them all, please come to Akita!
