JPN DAY3: eatout with my family

to my neighbor Soba noodle place, Hyouroku.
近所のおそばやさん、ひょうろくへ。
Rose at night.
夜のばら。


After filling up our stomaches with
cow line meet stew with Onsen tamago,
hamburg cutlet as big as my face,
squeezing lemon Seabass with marinated Konbu,
casterd-like egg omelet,
and lots of Sake,
we finished up with beautiful Soba noodle,
and of course, Soba-yu.
very nice lady there recommended us some dishes, and they were all so good.

温泉卵のとろける牛筋煮込みに
顔くらい大きなメンチカツ、
鯛の昆布〆にレモンをむぎゅっと搾ったの、
ぷるんぷるん出し巻き卵。
沢山の日本酒で満たしたお腹に
手打ち蕎麦でしめる。
勿論そば湯も。
素敵なお母さんのオススメはみんな美味しかった。
