Japan, Again Day3

reflection of the lights in Tokyo.
white, delicate, straightforward.

i had lunch at annon cook on Cat street.
with Han chan, who co-organized macrobiotic x yoga x sake retreat
-FUMI- last year and year before with me.
updates, thought, dreams and plans, easily filled up our time.
she gave me her handmade cookies and tea for full moon nights.

despite the fact that Tokyo is colder than London at this moment,
I am feeling the footsteps of new season.

At night, heading to this secret place in Ikejiri Oohashi! my dream Izakaya.

Dassai Otter Fest. only available there.
the special sparkling sake which has higher carbonation
and lower alcohol volume than normal Dassai sparkling.

awesome street sighs for sake drinkers.

This sake on the right side, Kokkou Nama sake BY1996 from Shizuoka prefecture was just beautiful.
it was matured un-pasteurized sake for 5years in 20 degrees.
its golden colors and the complex caramelized flavours in depth, just so amazing.

then we all moved to Seri chan's house.
the festive lasted until the morning.
