Gochisousama for today -28°-50°


Lunch at 28°-50°, the new Wine workshop and kitchen my friend chef Aggi opened this year.
今日は友人のシェフAggiが新しく開けた、ワインワークショップ&キッチン



With Anja, a wine sommelier at Zuma.
I have many wine sommelier friends here in London.
ZUMAのワインソムリエ、アンニャと一緒に。
ワインソムリエの友人がロンドンで一番多いかもしれない。



Such a cute Shepherd's pie. standard British one is quite meaty, 
but this one had lots of veggies inside.
こんなに可愛いシェパーズ・パイ。
イギリスの伝統的なものはラムのひき肉とマッシュポテトとシンプルですが、
こちらのは野菜がたっぷりでヘルシー。

Unlike Aggi's first restaurant Texture, where is awarded as one star Michelin last year,
this place have very different vibes;  much more casual and vivid atmosphere 
to enjoy the food and wine with large number of people.
28°-50° comes from the number that virtually all of the world’s vineyards are located
between the latitudes of 28° and 50°, both northern and southern hemispheres.
They have a great wine list and has so many by the glass / carafe wines available.

Nebbiolo delle Langhe, Paolo Scavino 2004  from Italy
½ Black Noble, De Bortoli, NSW, NV from Australia
Riesling Auslese Erdener Treppchen ‘fuder 7’ merkelbach, Mosel, 2009 from Germany 


Aggiの一号店、昨年ミシュラン一つ星を取ったTexureとは雰囲気が変わって、
カジュアルで賑やかに食事とワインを楽しむのにもってこいの場所。
28°-50°というのは、ワインの葡萄の育つ地域が、南半球、北半球ともに
緯度28度から50度に位置するという数字から。
こちらのワインのセレクションは秀逸で、
バイザグラスやカラフェのリストも沢山あって、嬉しい限り。

it tasted much nicer than the one i had before as well. pls have a try for lunch!
