A THROW OF THE DICE

NOTHING

               of the memorable crisis
                        or might
the event                            have been fulfilled in view of all results null
            human
    WILL HAVE TAKEN PLACE
an ordinary elevation pours out absence
                   BUT THE PLACE
some rippling below as if to dispense the empty act
             abruptly which otherwise
        by its falsehood
  would have founded
                 perdition

                                                       in these reaches
                  of waves
              in which all reality dissolves

 EXCEPT      at altitude
              PERHAPS
insofar as a place                            can fuse with the beyond
     apart from the interest
               assigned to it             in general
through such obliquity and by such declivity
                of fires
                 toward
     what must be
              the Septentrion or North
                                   A CONSTELLATION
               cold from forgetting and desuetude
              not so much
                         that it doesn’t number
on some vacant and superior surface
                            the successive shock
                  sidereally
of a total account in the making
         surveying
   doubting
                 rolling
           shining and meditating
                              before coming to a halt
at some final point which consecrates it

All Thought emits a Throw of the Dice

Happy Happy New Year.

Ill in bed for the whole New Year's and such, I was so miserable and hungry.
and this amazing "Shiratamako" saved my life.

and how wonderful to run around with steaming breaths outside.

The year 2009, was the year I ground myself in London after saying good-bye to Japan living almost 3 years, after staying in the US.
The year 2009 was the year of spreading seeds of Sake as my next life path,
however, my footsteps were slow and in hesitation,
not as usual speed of mine like a non-stop sprint runner.
I could not ignore the existence of my partner for that reason.
To share and to built the lives with someone,
to trust someone, and to deepen someone,
everything was way too far away and way too difficult than i imagined.
though at the same time, I was saved and received hopes, courage, and
something very powerful from him.
that's why it is so precious to live with someone
and it will be, wonderful.

This new year, I will live deeper, tougher, and bigger than before!

Dec 2, 2009

oh December. New Year gift#1

regardless to say, it is December,
the finale month of year 2009.

Since my dad came from the temple family, we never celebrated Christmas.
Instead, "Mr. New Year" came over to my house on the night of every New Year's eve.
On the New Year's morning, I open the New Year present and munch my mother's handmade Ozouni soup, the typical Japanese New Year dish, Mochi and vegetables in clear stock.
That was our Near Year styles.

I started to make New Year's gift to our friends and families.

Slice the tangerines into 5mm rings.
Lay on baking sheets and dry in the 120℃ oven for 2 and half hour.

When tangerine flesh dries out completely, viola!
This can be a the cute holiday ornament.

You will enjoy the smell of tangerine all over your kitchen.
and what is worth, you can enjoy Tangerine bath on the night by simply adding leftover tops and bottoms of tangerine peels in your bathtub.
